Loved how this was so foreigner friendly and I didn't have to interact with the staff for check in or the majority of my stay. I was not expecting the have a whole steam machine for clothing, but it was readily available and easy to use. Facilities were clean and easy to use!

The place is really convenient, quiet, clean and value for money. We are returning customers and this time we stayed for 9 days and were with other friends and they all liked the hotel and were surprised the hotel is so good despite the affordable prices.

Great hotel and will 100% be coming back if we’re ever in Sendai again! I’m still super surprised how cheap it was given the location was amazing with plenty of shops and restaurants right outside! Check in was super fun and the holograms have multiple languages available! We also arrived a few hours before check in and staff were able to hold our bags until check in time! Rooms were clean, a good size and comfortable!

The check-in procedure was efficient and entertaining (they used holograms). The room was small but comfortable, with a complete Japanese bathroom including a tub. The hotel was easy to find and was located near the train station and near a lot of restaurants and shops. Although it's located at a busy street, the room itself was quiet and sleeping wasn't an issue. The restaurant is adjacent to the hotel lobby and there are multiple choices for breakfast, although for us (this is our preference) pasta and curry were not viable options, the pancakes were delicious though! The staff was friendly and always helpful. All in all, this was a very pleasant stay and we would choose this hotel again on our next stay.

We booked last minute and weren't sure what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised with the smooth check in and modern, fresh interiors. The deluxe twin was extremely roomy (biggest we have had in Japan by far), separate shower/bath room was great, and there were plenty of desk/table surfaces for writing, eating, or working. One of the exits goes directly into a lively shopping street with anything you could possibly need.

The hotel is very modern, check in was via AI but a staff is on hand to assist if required. The location is very good, a lot of shopping, eateries and not too far from the train station so we walked from the station to the hotel and if you want to take a taxi, it costs less than 1000 yen. Rooms are comfortable and quiet.

There is a magic box that steams your clothes so no ironing! Ok its an LG Styler but still my first time using it. Stylish design, comfortable room. It was discounted so good value. Its main entrance on a busy shopping street so easy to find food etc.

Easy automated check-in (and funny!) Well-equipped rooms and plenty of accessories available (robes, toiletries, etc). Good location near lots of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. and not too far from Sendai Station.
